I am all about embracing seasonal change. I love using seasonal produce and believe each season has characteristics that make each one special and enjoyable, especially here in Virginia where we can experience all four seasons in a week. Usually around this time of year I see the always eager jonquils making their way to the sky and I start to think of spring time flowers and summer festivals.
